- Spread the word to every knitter/crocheter you know to encourage hat making.
- Host a Pussy Hat crafting circle.

WOW!
All you pussy hat makers have simply blown us away. We had no idea, when we knit our first hats, what the response would be from our patrons. We're overwhelmed with your generosity, kindness, and creativity. Whether you are a first-time maker, a long-dormant crafter, or an experienced knitter, crocheter, or sewist, we're so proud to know you.
Piedmont Yarn collected over 400 pussy hats between the beginning of December and and the Womens Marches on January 21, 2017. Most of those hats were sent to Washington D.C. in the luggage of marchers. Some were distributed at the Oakland and San Francisco marches. Not to mention the hundreds of hats that you each made for yourselves. HUGE thanks to everyone who made hats, and to those who wore them.
The fight is ongoing. Please consider making a donation to to Planned Parenthood, the ACLU, or any of the many organizations threatened by the new regime. You can continue your craftivism by making pussy hats for upcoming resistance actions, or maybe you'd like to branch out by knitting a Brain Hat for the upcoming Scientists' March on Washington. Whatever you choose to do, we hope that you continue to resist and STAY NASTY.
